Michael “Dale” Kahil has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping organizations, large and small, use financial tools to operate efficiently and make smart decisions.

Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Kahil studied finance and accounting at Sam Houston State University. He began his career in banking as an analyst, assuming leadership roles and working closely with management and underwriters to develop key performance indicators, proper forecasting, and economic modeling.

In 2014, feeling that the time was right in his career and after having already provided assistance to various companies on his own, Mr. Kahil decided to start Kahil Financial. This venture allowed him to further leverage his expertise and offer his services to a broader range of clients.

Today, Mr. Kahil continues to support companies across a variety of industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Transportation, Construction, Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Pharmaceuticals through capital raising, investment banking and strategic consulting. 

He also works closely with leadership and often serves in the role of an outside Chief Financial Officer, as needed, providing guidance and helping organizations navigate complex financial challenges.
